Returns Policy

 


We want you to feel confident shopping with Pimcy Boutique. If your purchase is not quite right, our returns policy below explains when refunds and exchanges are accepted.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
     
  • Be free from marks, stains, deodorant residues, makeup, or any other soiling
     
  • Be free from odours, including perfume, deodorant, smoke, or general wear
     
  • Include all original tags and packaging
     
  • Be returned within the stated returns window (see Section 2)
     

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be reimbursed or returned to the sender, unless return postage is paid.

2. Returns Window

  • You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
     
  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us or your intention to return the item.
     
  • Returns received outside this timeframe will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
     

3. Refunds for Wrong Size, Wrong Item Ordered, or Duplicate Orders

We understand that sizing and fit can vary, and mistakes can happen when ordering.

The following are eligible for refunds, provided the item is returned in original condition (as defined above):

  • Items returned due to wrong size selected
     
  • Items returned because the customer ordered duplicates
     
  • Items where customers ordered the same item in multiple sizes to check fit
     
  • Items ordered by mistake or in the wrong colour/variant
     

Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned goods.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We will not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, show signs of use, or carry odours
     
  • Items that are damaged, stained, or marked
     
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
     
  • Returns received outside the return window
     
  • Items returned in a condition that makes them unsuitable for resale
     

If an item is returned to us in a non-compliant condition, we will notify you.
You may request the item be returned to you, provided additional postage costs are paid by you.

5. Exchanges for Size Changes

If you require a different size, we are happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges are only possible if the original item is returned in perfect, unworn condition.
     
  • If the required size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead (provided the return meets all conditions).
     

6. Process for Returning Items

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
     
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service.
     
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting your return.
     

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the fault has been verified.
